Alliance Boots, the UK’s leading Chemist, have engaged ADAM to help the group to ensure that best practice estate management is continued and sustained in all stores, without the need for a traditional hard-wired Building Energy Management System (BEMS). By doing this, the group believes that they will lower their energy costs by 7% and their unplanned maintenance costs by 10%.
